Must try are the montaditos (tapas on a small bread, the way many of us know tapas - but actually it can be what ever small to eat), like deep-fried camembert with a black pepper crust! Do ask for recommendations. If you would like to have a nice spot right at the bar, you should make a reservation.
Cava goes well with the variety of tastes during the evening(you might try 5-10 different tapas)
